At 61, I want food that tastes amazing, I just don At 61, I want food that tastes amazing, I just don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. 

This is one of my favorite dump-and-go meals. Big flavor and almost zero effort. Juicy and tender shredded chicken that tastes like street tacos, without standing over the stove all night. 

You only need 3 ingredients: 
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast 🍗
3 tbsp taco seasoning (or 1 packet) 
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies 🌶️

How to make it: 
1️⃣ Place chicken in the slow cooker 
2️⃣ Sprinkle seasoning + pour Rotel on top 
3️⃣ Cook on HIGH for 3 hours 
4️⃣ Shred, stir, and serve 

Top it your way: 
Shredded lettuce 🥬, Cheddar or Colby Jack 🧀, Pico, Guac 🥑, Sour Cream, Cilantro 

Nutrition per serving: 
🔥183 Calories | 💪 32 g Protein | 🌮 3 g Carbs
Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 3 Hours | Serves: 6

Mobility isn’t about forcing range or pushing through pain. It’s about creating space, ease, and confidence in how you move 🌀

Signs you might need more mobility: 
✔️You feel stiffness after sitting (even if it’s a short time): if standing up takes a moment, or your back feels tighter after sitting, mobility work can help you restore ease and confidence in how you move
✔️You avoid certain movements all together: if bending, twisting, or even reaching starts to feel uncomfortable it’s easy to stop the movements entirely. Overtime, avoidance can lead to more stiffness. Gentle mobility helps keep patterns safe and available. 
✔️Your mornings feel heavy and slow: If you wake up feeling tight or hesitant to move, your joints may need more daily mobility rather than intense workouts. A few intentional minutes in the morning can help your body feel ready for the day instead of bracing against it.
