About

Age Has No Limits Story
Age Has No Limits helps women over 50 take ownership of their strength, energy, and confidence — without the gimmicks or the assumption that midlife means slowing down.
What worked at 35 isn’t what your body needs now. That’s not a problem — it’s information. Through agehasnolimits.com, we share the real stuff: strength training, nutrition, recovery, and honest conversations about hormones, sleep, and mindset.
Through the Sixty Strong app, we put it into practice — guided strength and mobility workouts built specifically for women 50+, designed by a NASM-certified trainer living this stage right alongside you.
Strong is the new ageless.
Because when you train your body, fuel it well, and stop apologizing for taking up space — you don’t just feel better. You move better, sleep better, and show up more fully for the life you’re still building.
Meet Julie
Founder & CEO
I’m Julie, a 61-year-old, mom of five, former triathlete, certified fitness and nutrition coach, and a woman learning, like everyone else, how to age well because I decided I wasn’t done.
I am an influencer living in Aspen, Colorado, where staying active isn’t a trend — it’s part of daily life. Over the years, I’ve lost strength, rebuilt it, gotten off track, and found my way back more times than I can count. That’s real life. And it’s the experience I bring to this space.
AGE HAS NO LIMITS is where I share what’s actually working for me now — fitness that supports my joints, nutrition that gives me energy, and lifestyle habits that help me feel steady and capable.
If you’re looking for practical guidance, encouragement, and a realistic approach to staying strong after 50, you’re in the right place.
XO Julie
