Traveling doesn’t have to mean skipping protein 🧳 Traveling doesn’t have to mean skipping protein 🧳

At 62, I’ve learned that the airport and the road are where good eating habits go to disappear, so I pack my snacks ahead of time.

Here’s what’s in my bag:
🥩 Chomps meat sticks
 🥜 Nuts
 🥣 Trail mix
 🥚 Hard boiled eggs
 🍖 Beef or turkey jerky
 🧀 String cheese
 🍫 Protein bars

Nothing fancy, nothing that needs a kitchen. Just easy snacks that keep me full so I’m not grabbing whatever’s closest when I’m hungry and in a hurry.

Save this for your next trip, and tell me, what’s your go-to travel snack? 👇

Want easy, high protein recipes for when you’re back in your own kitchen? Comment EATS and I’ll send you a link to get started.

At 62, I want to be strong AND mobile. Strength ge At 62, I want to be strong AND mobile. Strength gets the credit, but mobility is what lets me actually use it.

Ten minutes a day is all I give it. It keeps my hips, shoulders, and spine moving the way they should, and it helps me feel steady, grounded, and confident in my body. If your body feels stiff after sitting, in the morning, or after a workout, this is your sign to start.

The best part is that it doesn’t feel like a workout. It’s a few minutes of moving well, and it makes everything else I do easier.

Save this for the days you skip the stretching, and send it to someone who says “I’m just stiff” ❤️

Want my full mobility library? Comment TRY and I’ll send you a link to try it free in my app.
At 62, I’m not afraid of aging. I’m afraid of not At 62, I’m not afraid of aging. I’m afraid of not being able to stand up on my own at 80.

That’s why I never skip lower body day.

Squats and lunges aren’t about a smaller waist or bigger legs. They’re the same movements you use to get out of a chair, climb stairs, get up off the floor, and carry your own groceries. Leg strength is a big part of staying independent, and it’s something you can keep building at any age.

You don’t have to love working out. You just have to want to keep living life on your own terms.

So this is your reminder: train for the life you want at 80. Start now, start small, and keep showing up 💪

Save this for the days you don’t feel like training❤️
